This half-day seminar will consider the far-reaching implications for planning practice arising from the Supreme Courts decision in EDS v king Salmon Limited. A panel of leading planning and legal experts will consider the implications for decision making, plan development and policy writing and the use and application of Outstanding Natural Landscapes.
In doing so, the panel will consider the impacts generated by this decision on your day-to-day role as a planner, from both the legal case presented by its lawyers and the consequences of the decision for practice.
