Principles and Practices of People Leadership
2 Day workshop for Emerging Leaders

Many planners are challenged by the need to lead without any formal reporting relationships. Others find themselves in the position of needing to build high performing project teams quickly.

If you are an emerging leader you too can gain greater confidence by revealing your own leadership style. Learn practical tips on the 'leadership mastery journey' and enable yourself to be more effective in supporting your future development to the highest of leadership positions possible.

This workshop is a combination of input, discussion and real life story telling, including examples and exercises. With its practical 'down to earth' approach to leading people you will learn new and better ways to deal with life's challenges and how to get results from people.
