The chairperson of the Environment Committee is now calling for submissions on the Fast-track Approvals Bill, with a submission closing date of Friday 19th April.
NZPI will be preparing a submission. We’ll be carefully considering the Bill in coming weeks, particularly where it will impact on current practices under the RMA.
