The Urban Solutions process started at the end of 2015 and we have received more than 100 proposals that have been reviewed by the WUC Working Group on The City We Need (Drafting Committee). They have been posted on line on the WUC website and constitute a rich base of initiatives, tools, models of interest to the implementation of the New Urban Agenda.

WE ARE PLEASED TO INVITE YOU TO SUBMIT MORE URBAN SOLUTIONS IN ORDER TO ENRICH THE PROCESS AND BRING COMPELLING INITIATIVES AND COMMITMENTS TO QUITO.

URBAN SOLUTIONS are initiatives, practices, policies, legislations and models that address urban challenges and constitute effective responses to The City We Need.

They are articulated around ten drivers of changes: ''Governance and Partnerships'', ''Planning and Design'', ''Finance'', ''Land, Housing and Services'', ''Environment'', ''Health and Safety'', ''Economy and Livelihoods'', ''Education'', ''Technology'' and ''Monitoring and Evaluation''.

Urban Solutions illustrate how the drivers of change can be implemented, either locally or in multiple contexts.

By sharing your Urban Solutions, you will contribute to the Habitat III Conference through 'The City We Need'.
