Fee Guideline:


The fee for your advertisement is determined by the highest level of experience specified in your position description:

  • Less than 1 year: $250.00
  • 1-2 years: $400.00
  • 3-5 years: $600.00
  • 6 / 6+ years experience required or a Manager/Team leader Position: $750.00

If the experience required is not specified in your description, it’ll be determined by the highest level advertised as outlined below:

  • Junior: $250.00
  • Intermediate: $400.00
  • Senior: $600.00
  • Highly Experienced, Team Leaders and Managers: $750.00


If for example, the position level is advertised as 'Intermediate - Senior', the advertising fee is $600.00.

The fee will be confirmed in your booking confirmation once your booking has been reviewed.

Prices are NZD, Non-Commission Bearing and GST Inclusive.


General Position Announcement


  • You can use this option if advertising more than 3 positions.
  • You must use this option if you have an advertisement that doesn't specify how many positions are available (i.e. if your advert is titled 'Seeking Planners").

This is a great option for large organisaitons wanting to fill various planning positions, in various offices nationwide. Please note: The advert should only have the company profile and a list of available positions , no job descriptions please, click here to view sample.


Additional Positions


You have the option of adding other positions to your standard advertisement for an additional $200 per position. The experience required is not to exceed the base listing and the position title/caption will need to cover all positions. All positions must fit on a single A4 page, if you require more space you have the option of purchasing additional pages.


Additional Pages


Our service gives you 1 full A4 page that you customise with your own text, branding and graphics to meet your needs. Additional pages will incur an additional fee of $100 per page. The advert must be submitted as a single file (PDF or MSword).



Insertion Date and Deadline:


The NZPI Jobs Board is updated every Thursday; the advert insertion date you provide must fall on a Thursday. If your advert insertion date does not fall on a Thursday your advert will be inserted the following Thursday.

We must have your booking form and advertisement by Wednesday 11am – adverts received after this deadline may not be advertised until the following week.

If the deadline or insertion date falls on a public holiday, you should plan to submit your advert earlier. The Jobs Board service is closed mid December - mid January.

The advert will remain online until the position closing date (maximum of 30 days) if you would like it to stay on longer, you need to re-book your advert.


Advert Closing Date:


Please make sure you've given our members enough time to respond. We recommend that an advert be posted on our website for at least 14 days for maximum effectiveness.



Booking Confirmation:


The official booking confirmation is normally emailed Wednesday afternoon; if you’re not sure your booking has been submitted successfully, please phone the office on 09 520 6277.


Cancellations:


If you wish to cancel your booking, you must phone the office on 09 520 6277 before Wednesday 11am to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.00. Please note: If the advert has already been listed on our jobs board you will be invoiced the full amount.
