NZPI Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Cancellation

If you have registered for an NZPI course but need to withdraw, you must advise NZPI via email at admin@planning.org.nz. You will not be eligible for a refund if NZPI is first advised of your intention to withdraw from a course less than seven (7) working days before a course is scheduled to take place.

NZPI may cancel courses due to low registration numbers up to two (2) weeks before the event is scheduled to take place. If NZPI cancels a course, NZPI will refund the cost of your registration fee. NZPI accept no liability for travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of a cancelled or postponed course.


Transferring Registrations

Registrations can be transferred to a colleague if you are no longer able to attend the course you enrolled for. Registrations can be transferred from an NZPI member to another NZPI member, or from non-member to non-member. Registrations cannot be transferred from a member to a non-member or vice versa. Where this is the case, NZPI will issue a refund for your registration, and you will have to rebook the new attendee onto the course, using the Learning Centre on the NZPI website.
