Soft Skills for Planners
Soft Skills are personal
attributes that enable someone to interact effectively and harmoniously with
other people. In contrast, hard skills are
teachable and measurable such as writing, legal definitions, professional
or technical rules and using a computer program.
Planners need both. This
course supplies you with tools for personal awareness and techniques for
relating with others positively. The soft skills covered will enable planners
to use their hard skills more effectively.
