Join us in attending the 2020 NZPI Annual General Meeting.

The current level 4 lockdown has seen video conferencing become the new normal. We are embracing this and are holding the 2020 NZPI AGM as a Zoom webinar.

Details of the 2020 NZPI AGM are:
Date: Thursday 16th April
Time: 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm
Webinar link: This will be provided to registered attendees 48 hours before the AGM

2019 saw continued growth in our profession, highlighted by a rise in membership and attendance at the conference, as well as an increase in our influence within central government. This growth was underpinned by growth in our finances, with another surplus achieved. 2019 also saw reviews of the Constitution and Regulations and the Associate category and alternative membership pathway initiated.

While 2020 started strong, the current situation is significantly impacting the Institute, most notably with the postponement of our Annual Conference. Thanks to the work put in over recent years the Institute has the reserves to weather this storm, but there will be some changes to how we operate. So, in addition to providing our regular reports to members at the AGM we will also report on the impact of this pandemic and changes we are making. This information will be also provided to all members through our regular communication channels.
