NZPI Satisfaction Survey Results

The New Zealand Planning Institute provides a diverse range of services to its almost 2000 members. Those services include continuous professional development, delivery of ethics policy, advocacy at national and regional levels, accreditation of planning degrees, an annual conference, a quarterly magazine and weekly e-newsletter, an annual salary survey, Branch and Young Planner support, networking opportunities, and contributions to the policy landscape.

In the coming weeks a new Board of eight members will take up the responsibilities of governing NZPI. One of the Boards first governance tasks will be to review NZPI's Strategic Plan. With that review in mind, NZPI has initiated a satisfaction survey of its membership to test views on its various offerings. The results of the satisfaction survey are now available to members:

The survey results will be used to inform the Board in its strategic review and to serve as a benchmark for future satisfaction surveys. The Board will consider the survey responses in detail at its 11 June meeting.
